This is a lovely bag. I ordered this to replace the first Alex carrier I had purchased about two years ago. Pockets stay shut, material is soft and now that I have the large size, my doggie has more room to turn around comfortably (6lb maltese). I really wanted to rave about Poochieheaven though! I had just gone through a nightmare with another site trying to get this carrier and it was SO refreshing to shop with Poochieheaven. I emailed to confirm that this carrier was in stock and they got back to me right away and got the carrier shipped in the same day! Looking into getting another st_x_yle carrier with them soon!
